I want to look back onto 2021 and feel a sense of accomplishment.  It was way too easy in 2020 to get distracted with clients, family, pets, and Netflix (haven’t we all been there?).  2021 is the year I am truly motivated to implement a plan at the very start!  For that, I will need a GREAT PLANNER.

It is tough finding a good planner out there.  Some of them are way more complicated than what I need.  Some are absolutely adorable, but totally useless.  But with all of the choices out there, here are a few that I think are great that may help you stay focused on your 2021 goals!

The Intentional Year Daily Action Planner,$24.99 for 3-month supply

This planner is great in the sense that it is NOT a planner.  It is more a daily task sheet that is not dated that breaks your day and goals into 4 categories –   Setting a rhythm for the day, do what matters first, quick tasks to accomplish that can be done in “gap” 10-20 minute time slots, and a postpone/delegate/pass section.

This planner is all about not letting you get distracted from everything else so you can make measurable & achievable goals.  I also love that each sheet is a tear-away, so it will always look nice & the binding is on the top (a HUGE WIN since I am left-handed).  This planner also fits inside a standard 8.5” x 11” folio.

Day Designer 2021 Daily Planner, $59

First, this is a lovely planner.  There are a lot of different covers to choose from, so there is a look out there for everyone.  This planner is for the person that wants to be VERY organized and planned, down to the hours.  It has daily planning pages scheduling from 5am to 9pm.  Goal setting worksheets.  To-Do, dinner & gratitude lists.  And inspirational quotes for when you are starting to run out of steam.  I particularly love that there are annual overview sheets as well as monthly calendars.  I wish I had this planner when I was a student.  There are many more features, so check it out!

Lamare Weekly Planner Notepad, $14.95

Another one that does not get caught up on what the date is.  This planner helps keep you focused on a productive week!  There is an easy spot to track your habits, organize your tasks for the week, and list the TOP 3 important goals for the week – and it is all on one page!  For me, if I don’t have to flip to a different page to find the task or goal, I am more likely to get it done!

Inamio, Hourly Planner 2021, $18.95

For the person that does not want to mess around and just organize their busy day, this is the planner for them!  This planner has a 24-hour view full week spread, so you can see everything for the week, even if you are a night owl.  This is also a soft bound book, so it is easier for us lefties to use.

 Mom Agenda,  Personal Portfolio, $75

This portfolio is refillable every year, so you only pay the hefty price once.  This planner is EXCELLENT for the busy parent that has kids going to soccer, ballet, science fairs all while trying to make their own accomplishments.  Their weekly at-a-glance layout has separate planning space for mom and up to four children as well as other features.

Mom Agenda, Note Pad, $16.95

If you like the idea of seeing the whole family’s weekly schedule at-a-glance, but don’t like the idea of the hefty price point, MomAgenda also has a planner note-pad for $16.95.  It will still offer the week-at-a-glance for your busy family.

Russell+Hazel, 2021 Weekly Spiral Planner, $24.00 originally.  On sale $13.00

I have been a long time fan of Russell+Hazel – I love a good paper product and their stuff is just so pretty, fun & elegant.  The planner includes space for habit and task tracking, notes and previous+next month overviews.  My favorite thing about this planner is that it has 4 quarterly goal and review spreads.  This is great because so many of us (ME) start the year off strong and then lose steam as the year progresses.  I love the idea of checking in every quarter to be sure I am staying on task to achieve my annual goals!  Plus, this particular planner is a pretty Blush Pink Vegan Leather.

Erin Condren, Life Planner, $35 originally.  On sale $24.50

This one seems to have gained a cult following.  It is everywhere, and I can see why.  Not only is there a nice selection of covers, but this planner has a layflat binding that can be vertical OR horizontal.  This is great for us left handed people!  There are your typical month-at-a-glance sheets, but also sections to organize your to-do lists and goals.  If you like the idea of a Bullet Journal, but needed a little more structure, this would be a great planner for you.

So there it is – 8 of the best planners to make 2021 a goal achieving year!  I am still trying to decide which one I want to use.  They are all so good.

What do you think?  Is there a planner I missed that you love?  How do you keep your goals on target?  I would love for you to share any tips you have.
